Skirt 2

In the start I thought to make stylish, long and elegance one. So I thought to stitch 2 skirts together like small and long as well and after that I will stitch them together. In this week I bought the fabric for my group. This time I wanted to experience the other fabric wanted to do the mix and match something like that.

First of all I used my last skirt pattern from the last week and extended the length 95cm from the last skirt Hem line as you can see in the picture.



And from the Centre Front I cut the centre front almost 4cm to make front open long skirt which is going to be attach with the small skirt.
As u can see the picture where I cut the centre front, make it away centre front almost 4 cm.

And give the seam allowance on the long skirt 1cm and on the Side Seam 2cm and on the Hem line I gave 4 cm seam allowance. 

After completing the long skirt I started to make the small one skirt. I trace the Basic block and fro the Hip line I keep the length of my skirt is 15cm and from the Hem line to gave more fitting in the small skirt I deduct 4.5 cm on the hem line and from the hip line 5 cm down I mark a point and then I join the hem line new point with this point and make it smooth with the pattern master. After that I give the seam allowance on the side seam I give 2 cm seam allowance and 1 cm seam allowance on the waist  and 4 cm seam allowance on the hem line.You can see the picture of small skirt pattern down here.

And I measure my small skirt waist and make the pattern for the wasit belt and extended the waist belt from both sides 15cm.

When I was done with my pattern I started to cut the patterns on my fabric.
